ECEmpire is a database server for processing business trading, logistics, professional services, cash payment or manufacturing applications.
The fundamental architecture is built in with human resources management, branch offices management, inventory management,
product management, customer management, sales team management and reports generation components. This is an integrated supply chain logistics management solution which has an accounting system built from the ground up to suit the logistics community. The system enables all supply chain documents to be stored, catalogued and retrieved on screen during the work process. It is integrated with ECGlobal server to form a completed business suit of automated electronic business trading system.
- To record all the registered staff, buyer and supplier information in the database and allow update of information by the corresponding authorized person.
- When buyers or suppliers registered to the system, after verified by staffs, they will receive email notification with login ID and password.
- User authentication for different user and functional levels.
- To allow classification of staff, buyer and supplier into different groups or departments.
- To provide email distribution function to notify suppliers to send quotation for price comparisons.
- To allow user to search product information by keywords, category, and/or item name.
- Capable to create purchase order and invoice based on product information and transactions.
- To provide order-tracking support such as shipment, tracking number, delivery number, invoice, packing list and shipment advice.
- Directly integrated with INFOMASTER ECGlobal Enterprise Server to provide EDI communication with buyers.
