One-on-one training is part of every purchase. During the installation phase, training is normally provided remotely; however, arrangements can be made to provide training at your location. After installation, our Trading Partner Services and Technical Support will handle most of your needs. However, if additional training is required, our sales representative can work out the details for you.

Consulting Service

We review your list of trading partners and help you to determine what EDI solution you need, which type of network you select and how to best interface with your inhouse application. New trading partner implementation and requirements will be discussed with you. We address answers to your questions and needs in a language that you can understand.
